Our friendly and knowledgeable office support team will be your first point of contact at Premiere Healthcare. They will carry out a pre-assessment questionnaire with you to gain a thorough understanding of the service users needs ahead of the assessment.
No obligation assessment
Our experienced specialist seating assessors will visit the service user in the comfort of their own care environment. They will arrive with a thoughtful selection of chairs and accessories which may provide a suitable seating solution for the service user.
At the end of the assessment, the assessor will agree the most appropriate chair for the service user and follow up with a written quotation.
After sale service
At Premiere Healthcare we pride ourselves on our excellent level of customer service and we are dedicated in providing first class after sales service and support. We will deliver and set-up the chair for the service user, provide training on using the equipment and be available for support on our 24 hour, 7 day a week careline.
