This week we caught up with the newest member of our Sales Team, Assessor Mike McHugh who covers The West Midlands.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that every day I get to meet new and interesting people. And I get a real sense of fulfilment knowing that I am helping someone.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
The job is constantly challenging you in new ways every day, but it’s the best way to learn and to make sure we are providing the right service to the client.
Why is Premiere Healthcare different from it’s competitors?
Premiere Healthcare is different to it competitors in many ways. One of the biggest being that we go the extra mile, we want to promote independence as much as we can. All of our staff are very professional and will help you every step of the way.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work
Outside of work I enjoy working on motorbikes and cars I enjoy being hands on and learning how things work.
What is your guilty pleasure when you’re driving in the van?
My guilty pleasure in the van is mainly snacking all day and just having a sing along.
