STEP 1: Pre-Assessment
Our friendly and knowledgeable office support team will be your first point of contact at Premiere Healthcare. They will carry out a pre-assessment questionnaire with you to gain a thorough understanding of your needs ahead of the assessment.
STEP 2: No obligation assessment
Our experienced specialist seating assessors will visit you in the comfort of your own care environment. They will arrive with a thoughtful selection of chairs and accessories which may provide a suitable seating solution for the service user. At the end of the assessment, the assessor will agree the most appropriate chair for you and follow up with a written quotation.
STEP 3: After sale service
At Premiere Healthcare we pride ourselves on our excellent level of customer service and we are dedicated in providing first class after sales service and support. We will deliver and set-up the chair for you, provide training on using the equipment and we are always available to support on our 24 hour, 7 day a week care line.
